Resort lawns and palace courtyards are well suited to gala dinners, sundowners and welcome evenings, while smaller conference rooms handle the working sessions. Because our team is on the ground here, we can visit venues, coordinate vendors and respond quickly if plans change. Exhibitions are better served in larger metros.
Getting to Jaipur
Jaipur has its own airport with regular flights from Delhi, Mumbai and other major cities, and it is also reachable from Delhi by road or rail. Within the city, we arrange coaches for delegations and cars for senior guests. Some of the most atmospheric properties are a short drive outside the centre, so we plan transfer times with that in mind.
Planning notes
The cooler months from October to March are the best time to visit, and also the busiest, so book venues and hotel blocks well ahead, especially around wedding season.
