What is OneSummit?
OneSummit is an Indian enterprise MICE and corporate travel platform built around single-prompt booking. Flights, hotels, buses, cabs and insurance come together in one plan, and our event desk plans meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions.
What is single-prompt booking?
It is the OneSummit AI agent we are building. You describe the trip once and it returns a full itinerary and priced packages for flights, cabs, hotels, venues and events. You ask for changes in chat and confirm the package you pick. It is coming soon.
What does MICE stand for?
MICE stands for Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions: the group travel and events that companies run for their teams, partners and customers.
How do we get started?
Share your brief on the contact form or by phone and we will send a costed proposal. Single-prompt booking with the OneSummit AI agent is being built and is coming soon.
How quickly will we get a proposal?
You will get a costed proposal with venue and travel options, usually within 24 hours. For urgent requests, call +91 876 907 1494.
Do you provide GST invoices?
Yes. Billing is GST-ready, with consolidated invoices so your finance team can claim input credit without chasing individual vendors.
Can we set a travel policy and approvals?
Yes. Spend limits, class of travel and approvers are set once and applied to every booking.
Is there support during the trip?
Our support desk is available 24×7, before and during travel. For a group event, a coordinator stays with the group from departure to return.
Do you handle visas and insurance?
Travel insurance can be added to any booking. Visa assistance for international meetings, expos and incentive trips is coming soon.
Which cities do you cover for MICE events?
Our MICE Atlas highlights Delhi, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Varanasi, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Goa, Bengaluru, Chennai, Mysuru, Puducherry, Kochi and Munnar. Tell us your city and we will plan there too.
