Why host a MICE event in Hyderabad
Hyderabad is strongest for Meetings, Conferences and Exhibitions. Large national conferences, medical and technology congresses, and trade shows all fit comfortably, and there is enough hotel inventory near the main venues to keep delegates together. Many companies already have teams in the city, which keeps travel costs down for internal events. Incentive groups tend to prefer resort destinations, although heritage dinners and food trails give delegates a memorable evening.
Getting to Hyderabad
Hyderabad’s international airport is among the best-connected in the country, with direct flights from every major Indian city and many overseas. The airport is some distance from the business districts, so we schedule transfers with traffic in mind and stagger coach departures for large groups.
Planning notes
October to February is the most comfortable season. The city hosts many large conferences, so venues and room blocks should be confirmed early for popular weeks. Distances between the technology district, the city centre and the airport are significant, so choosing hotels close to your venue saves a lot of delegate time.
